There are no limits on how you can utilize your new pole building, and with Pine Creek Construction, there’s no limit to the custom options you can choose.
“Not only were the Pine Creek employees professional hardworking and knowledgeable but they were also courteous and genuinely concerned about satisfying us as the customer. Daniel helped us through the decision making process and moved the project ahead on schedule while explaining everything to us in terms we could understand. We are impressed with Daniel and every member of the Pine Creek workforce!”

We know what residential, commercial, and agricultural consumers want in pole buildings. But we also know that your work and storage needs are unique, meaning your post-frame building should be like no other.
Use your pole building as a garage, RV storage, workshop, mechanic shop, basketball court, general storage, or anything else that requires a spacious, detached, indoor area—and get the precise construction method, building design, and amenities to make it your own.
Pine Creek Construction has been specializing in pole building construction for more than 30 years, and we’re ready to bring that expertise to you so you can have a garage, recreation, or storage building you can be proud of.
The Belmont Series is our most popular pole barn building. This post-framed structure comes standard with 8′, 10′, 12′, or 16′ wall heights, 4/12 roof pitch, G-100 28-gauge steel, precast concrete pills, and is available with or without a poured concrete floor. Attic and gambrel-style roofs are available with this series.
Like our Belmonts, the Springfield Series pole building comes standard with 8′, 10′, 12′, or 16′ wall heights but sports the classic vinyl siding and architectural shingles, making your pole building a perfect match to any house.
Available with the same roof pitches as our pole building garages, our Springfield Series takes pole buildings where they have never gone before. We set posts on precast concrete pills, and all Springfield Series structures are available with or without a poured concrete floor.
No matter how you intend to use your pole building, you’ll want it to function well, provide the right amount of storage, and look good doing it—all at an affordable price. Pine Creek Construction can provide a custom design for your pole barn building that suits your needs. Whether you need a high-quality workshop, a garage for storage, or a horse barn for your beloved animals, Pine Creek Construction can provide a free estimate on our pole barn designs. As a pole barn builder specializing in frame construction, we can assure you that all our buildings come standard with the following features:
2″x8″ Pre-Treated Skirt Board
This upgrade adds extra protection against decay, insects, and rot and makes a better concrete floor form than the commonly used 2″x6″.
GluLam Posts
GluLams have consistent dimensions, are stronger and straighter, and are available in longer lengths than solid-sawn members. They have a finger joint/glue assembly with the bottom portion being pressure treated and the top part being #1 Southern Yellow Pine.
G-100 Metal Siding/Roofing
Using G-100 Galvanized Coating offers 20% to 66% thicker metallic coating than competitive G-60 and G-90 panels. This coating ensures your metal will look better and last longer than the other substrates on the market.
12″ Overhangs
Overhangs protect doors and windows from harsh weather, protect the foundation and walls from excess water, allow adequate ventilation for your structure, and provide shelter to people waiting to get inside during bad weather.
Garage Doors & Garage Door Hardware
Our Premium Quality C.H.I. Steel Paneled Insulated Garage Doors are steel, inside and out, and come with Genuine Premium Quality C.H.I. Door Hardware and Track.
Click on each type of garage door to see available designs, window options, colors, and accessories.
Full-Length Ridge Vent
Proper ventilation protects your pole building against moisture damage while keeping it cooler in the summertime.
Weather Stripping
Our builders put weather stripping on every garage door, entry door, and window to eliminate leaks and drafts throughout our pole buildings.
Windows
Our standard windows are single-hung and insulated and have a low emissivity—meaning they’re easier to clean and your building is easier to heat and cool.
36″ Fiberglass Entry Door
Fiberglass entry doors are quickly becoming more popular than steel or wood doors. There’s no rot, rust, dings, or pits—meaning they’ll last longer than other types of doors while keeping your building just as secure.
